Delivery & Shipping

We deliver within Germany and internationally to your home address (billing address), or to a different delivery address (e.g. your place of work, hotel address, address of acquaintances, friends).
Delivery takes place after checking within 1-3 working days within Germany or 3-10 working days to Europe.
Delivery costs

Delivery within Germany costs a flat rate of €6. Shipping within the European Union is charged at a flat rate of €16. Outside the European Union, but within Europe, we will charge you €30. For shipping outside the EU, we charge €40 for orders up to 5 kg and €55 for orders over 5 kg. If an order contains more than four catalogs, we will recalculate the shipping costs.

We generally reserve the right to decide to which third country we deliver. Your country is not listed above? Please contact us, we will check the delivery and determine your individual shipping costs if necessary.

DHL not only enables delivery to your doorstep, but also the option of collection from your local area (DHL branch, Packstation). This makes delivery and return of the parcel particularly convenient for you. Even if you are not at home, your parcel will be waiting for you nearby!

DHL
DHL delivers directly to your home. If you cannot be found, your parcel will be stored at a post office near you for seven working days after the first delivery attempt.
You can also have your order sent to one of over 1,000 DHL packing stations of your choice and collect it there around the clock. To do this, you must register once with DHL and identify yourself at the selected Packstation using your PIN or customer card. You can find information on this at www.dhl.de
