Information on purchasing and redeeming vouchers

Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg vouchers can be redeemed both online and directly at the museum within three years of the date of issue. After purchase, you will receive the gift voucher by e-mail. This can either be printed out or presented digitally at the museum ticket desk.

Any remaining credit cannot be paid out in cash, but will be retained for future purchases. Please note that it is not possible to subsequently offset a voucher against orders already placed. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to combine several vouchers into one total amount.

Alternatively, vouchers can also be purchased directly at the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg ticket office. In this case, you have the option of specifying the value of the voucher individually.
